Manly - George Hawwa Rugby



George Hawwa has been playing the exciting sport of rugby for many, many years. At St. Paul’s College, George Hawwa was the captain of the school’s prestigious rugby team. George Hawwa is a very talented rugby player who has lent his talents to several rugby teams in different countries for many years of his life. After completing many successful seasons as the captain of the St. Paul’s College rugby team, George Hawwa went on to be an integral part of the Manly Marlins rugby team from 2003 until 2005. The Manly Marlins are a well-respected rugby team that is located in the town of Manly which is a suburb of northern Sydney, Australia. George Hawwa Rugby is very proud to have played for a rugby team that has enjoyed a successful history ever since their founding year of 1906. The Manly Marlins currently compete in the New South Wales Rugby Union, the Tooheys New Cup, and the Shute Shield.

Playing in the New South Wales Rugby Union is very exciting and something that George Hawwa thoroughly enjoys. The competition in the New South Wales Rugby Union is fierce. George Hawwa  is always excited to take on any challenge that might present itself to him. The competition in the Shute Shield is also something that George Hawwa really enjoys. The Manly Marlins compete in the Shute Shield and are consistently successful. The Shute Shield is the highest grade rugby trophy that is available in New South Wales.

George Hawwa Rugby eventually went on to play rugby in Bath, which is in the United Kingdom.
